We are currently looking to hire a professional and experienced restaurant server to join our dynamic team at WOB Bar & Kitchen. This role is perfect for individuals who have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in busy, fast-paced settings. The restaurant server at WOB plays a critical role in the overall guest experience, as they are the primary point of contact for customers during their visit. The server’s responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, escorting them to their tables, presenting menus, answering questions about menu items, and helping customers navigate our wide selection of craft beers and food offerings. Additionally, servers suggest menu items to enhance the guests’ dining experience, take accurate food and drink orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen, and ensure timely service of food and beverages.

Exceptional servers will consistently check back with customers to confirm satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and ensure that every guest leaves with a memorable experience that encourages them to return. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, and the physical stamina to remain on your feet throughout an entire shift, carrying trays and navigating the restaurant. At WOB Bar & Kitchen, servers deliver a casual, fun, and perfectly paced style of service tailored to each customer’s needs, acting as a knowledgeable ambassador of our craft food and beverage selections.

The employment type is hourly wage plus tips, offering a great income opportunity through building sales and tips.
