Employees here don't just work; they embrace a lifestyle filled with camaraderie, events, and endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, making it a truly unique place to build a career. The resort’s culture is built on empowerment, authenticity, collaboration, and purpose, fostering an environment that celebrates every member's contributions and nurtures growth and adventure.

The Server position at Crystal Mountain offers an exciting opportunity to join the Summit House dining team. They are expected to have a good knowledge of the menu, provide accurate information to guests, and promote the highest customer service standards by anticipating and responding to guest needs. The position requires manual dexterity, physical stamina to lift and move heavy items, and the ability to communicate clearly and work harmoniously within the team. Crystal Mountain also offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth, making this a valuable position for those aiming to develop skills in the food and beverage industry while enjoying the unique benefits of working at a world-class mountain resort.
