Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Availability to work weekends
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Quick learner with a passion for craft beer
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about craft beers and food pairings

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm friendly attitude and ensure they feel welcome
- Assist customers with selecting craft beers explaining options and answering any questions
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor
- Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the craft beer wall area ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries resolve concerns and ensure a positive guest experience
- Process payments accurately and efficiently including managing tabs and tips
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests
