Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to serving and cleaning
- Must be able to follow company policies and procedures
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service in a senior living environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior residents and team members
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and patient demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling orders and transactions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Interact with senior residents and guests taking and delivering food orders in a timely manner following company standards and ensuring everyone is happy with their meal
- Work with kitchen staff assisting with bussing and resetting tables removing dirty dishes disposing of trash and restocking inventory as needed
- Perform side work duties as assigned
