The role of Server at Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that emphasizes all-day brunch offerings, providing breakfast and lunch only, which means employees get to enjoy the work-life balance of being home in time for dinner. As a Server, you will engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism while understanding and communicating effectively in the predominant languages of the clientele. The job requires a sound knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures coupled with basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and responsibly. The position demands physical stamina as it entails being on your feet for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift and maneuver trays with food items regularly weighing between 20 to 25 pounds.

- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests
- Have basic knowledge of dining room service procedures
- Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- Be able to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing 20 to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant server role is beneficial
- Basic communication skills in predominant guest languages
