Job Requirements

  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests
  • Have basic knowledge of dining room service procedures
  • Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
  • Be able to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing 20 to 25 pounds
  • Believe that butter and bacon make everything better

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant server role is beneficial
  • Basic communication skills in predominant guest languages
  • Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work on feet for extended hours
  • Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience
  • Communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests
