Job Description
Our establishment is a distinguished dining venue specializing in heartfelt hospitality within a senior living community. We pride ourselves on blending culinary excellence with compassionate service to create memorable dining experiences for our valued residents. This is not just a place where meals are served; it is a warm culinary family dedicated to nurturing both guests and staff. We are committed to fostering an environment where our team members feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow professionally and personally. By joining our team, you become part of an organization that emphasizes balance, well-being, and long-term engagement.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Server / Waitstaff member to join us on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for providing exceptional service and possess the flexibility to work the scheduled shifts: Tuesday from 8am to 2pm, and Friday from 8am to 2pm and again from 4pm to 7:30pm. This is a permanent role, not a seasonal or temporary job, requiring commitment to these hours long-term. In this role, the Server / Waitstaff is instrumental in ensuring our residents enjoy not only delicious meals but also an inviting and comfortable dining atmosphere. Working closely with the Culinary Director, the Server / Waitstaff ensures seamless communication between the kitchen and dining room, guaranteeing that each dish is presented perfectly and delivered efficiently.
The Server / Waitstaff also builds genuine connections with residents, sharing daily menu options and responding promptly to any special requests or dietary needs. They uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety in the dining and kitchen areas and take pride in maintaining an inviting dining room setup after every meal. Our culinary team is more than just servers; they are memory-makers and community builders who contribute to a caring environment where every dining experience is an opportunity to spread joy and comfort.
We value our employees and invest in their future with competitive compensation, flexible scheduling to accommodate life’s demands, paid holidays, vacation and personal time off, comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and their families, a 401(k) plan with company matching to secure financial stability, and ongoing training and development opportunities to help you thrive. We are committed to creating a workplace that supports your career growth, well-being, and satisfaction.
If you are friendly, patient, and eager to provide warm and efficient service in a senior living setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join a reputable team that cares about you as much as it cares about its residents. Our commitment to safety includes a required criminal background screening and proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption. Join us and help redefine the culinary experience in senior living by bringing your talent and heart to our family.
