The Server position at Integrated Real Estate Group offers a part-time employment opportunity to individuals eager to support residents and guests in the company’s dining facilities. The role demands attentive and courteous food and beverage service, ensuring that all dining experiences meet the company’s high standards for quality and customer care. Servers are responsible not only for handling orders accurately and delivering meals on time but also for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas. This job emphasizes adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols, helping to create a safe and pleasant dining environment.
Servers play an essential role in the communal life at IREG by interacting closely with residents and guests, responding promptly to requests and concerns to foster satisfaction and comfort. They assist kitchen staff with meal preparation tasks under guidance and manage food inventory processes such as receiving deliveries, labeling food items properly, and disposing of waste in compliance with health regulations. Maintaining detailed temperature logs during shifts is also critical to ensuring all safety standards are met.
This role requires a candidate who is dependable, detail-oriented, and skilled in customer service. Ideal applicants will have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months to one year of related experience. Candidates must also be committed to acquiring and maintaining necessary food handling and sanitation certifications as per local and state regulations.
