The role of Server at Integrated Real Estate Group is a full-time position centered on delivering excellent food and beverage services to residents and guests within their community dining settings. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of quality and service that define the dining experience at IREG’s facilities. As a Server, the incumbent is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service, ensuring that each resident’s or guest’s dining experience is positive and satisfying. The Server takes food and beverage orders, communicates accurately with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation, and delivers orders with attention to detail and hospitality. Moreover, the Server supports the overall dining environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the space, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols that safeguard the health and well-being of residents.
Additional duties include engaging with diners to respond to requests and feedback promptly, ensuring order quality meets all criteria for temperature and presentation, and assisting with meal preparation tasks under supervision. The Server also helps in stocking and managing supplies and is responsible for completing necessary documentation such as temperature logs during shifts to comply with safety regulations. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- six months to one year of related experience or training preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain required local or state food handling and sanitation certifications
- availability to work full-time
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
- physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours
