With a workforce of more than 1,200 employees, IREG operates across 43 communities in Texas and extends its presence to Oklahoma. Over its two-decade journey, the company has successfully developed over 15,000 residential units, investing in projects worth more than $2 billion. What uniquely positions IREG in the industry is its diverse portfolio of housing options, catering to a broad demographic spectrum. These offerings include affordable senior housing, workforce housing designed for individuals earning up to 80 percent of the average income, as well as market-rate housing options. Their market-rate segment encompasses multifamily units, active adult living communities, and various levels of senior care, such as independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

At its core, IREG is dedicated to creating vibrant living spaces that foster community engagement and improve residents' quality of life. The company prides itself on its commitment to innovation, high standards of service, and sustainable development practices. They aim to build not just housing, but homes where individuals and families can thrive and enjoy a supportive environment.

The role of Server at Integrated Real Estate Group is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional food and beverage service within their residential communities. Servers play a crucial part in ensuring a positive dining experience for residents and guests by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service. This role requires attentiveness to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy dining environment. Responsibilities include taking accurate orders, coordinating with kitchen staff, delivering meals, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Additionally, Servers assist with meal preparation tasks, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, and complete necessary temperature logs to comply with health regulations.

This position is integral in fostering a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere, contributing to resident satisfaction and overall community wellbeing. Candidates who join IREG as Servers have the opportunity to be part of a supportive team committed to enhancing the daily lives of others through excellent service and a collaborative work culture. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy interpersonal interactions and take pride in creating enjoyable dining experiences. IREG offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees, which further underscores their commitment to employee well-being and professional growth.
