The Server role at Integrated Real Estate Group is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests within their communities. This position requires providing prompt, efficient, and courteous food and beverage services in alignment with quality and service standards set by the company. The server not only takes and manages orders by coordinating closely with kitchen staff but also ensures meals are delivered accurately and with a personal touch, significantly contributing to overall resident satisfaction. Additionally, the server supports meal preparation activities as directed by the Cook or Dining Services Manager and strictly adheres to safety, sanitation, and storage guidelines. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area is also a key responsibility, underscoring the importance of environment and hygiene in a quality dining experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months to one year of related experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Must obtain and maintain any required local or state food handling, supervision, or sanitation certifications
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Availability to work full-time
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals accurately and promptly to residents and guests
- Respond to resident and guest requests in a timely manner and engage with diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Ensure beverages are properly prepared and orders meet quality standards, including temperature, appearance, and doneness
- Return items that do not meet expectations
- Address dining room issues or concerns and escalate to management when necessary
- Assist with meal preparation and assembly under the direction of the Cook or Dining Services Manager, following standardized recipes and menu guidelines
- Label and date food items appropriately, maintain proper storage, dispose of waste correctly, and follow all sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies
- Complete required temperature logs during each shift to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing food and supply deliveries as needed
