The current opening for a Dining Room Server is a part-time position with varying shifts including 6:30am-10:30am, 10:45am-7:15pm, and 4:00pm-8:00pm. These shifts may include weekends, and the expected work hours range between 12-24 per week. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $19-20, excluding tips. This position is pivotal in ensuring the dining experiences of residents in the Assisted Living community are of the highest standard. Working closely with the Dining Room Coordinator and fellow servers, the Dining Room Server helps create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere that enhances resident satisfaction and comfort.

The Dining Room Server’s duties are comprehensive, involving attentive and personalized service to assigned tables, accurate order taking, offering menu recommendations, timely delivery of food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of food presentation. Additionally, the server prepares the dining room by ensuring that all necessary items like flatware, condiments, and beverages are readily available. Maintaining cleanliness of the dining environment and assisting with event meal services also fall under their responsibilities. These tasks demand strong multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, and an empathetic, service-oriented mindset.
