Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
- alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification a plus
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to provide excellent customer service
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work part-time or full-time hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a server is preferred but not required
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Duties
- deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding our guests through our menu while demonstrating thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- taking accurate orders and serving food and beverages timely
- providing attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued
- creating positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
- working collaboratively with team members to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
