Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
- able to provide alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification preferred
- flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- capable of standing and moving for extended periods
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a server preferred but not required
- knowledge of food and beverage menus including craft beer is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- flexible to work a variety of shifts
- alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification are a plus
Job Duties
- deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu and demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
- create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
- work as a team player with a can-do attitude to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction
- take orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly
- respond promptly and courteously to guest complaints or concerns
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
