In this role, servers do not engage in tip-sharing, enabling them to take home all cash tips daily, with credit card tips paid weekly, maximizing their earning potential. Waffle House supports its servers through comprehensive training programs designed to help employees excel from day one. Additionally, the company offers flexible scheduling options including days, nights, and overnight shifts, accommodating various lifestyles and availability.
