Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality
- valid Food Handlers card
- valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) training
- ability to lift and carry trays
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- refined verbal communication skills
- must have previous experience as a server or in a similar role
- must be able to lift and carry trays
- must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- valid Food Handlers card and RBS training
- open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Submit guest menu selections
- present food and beverage preferences
- gain and apply menu knowledge
- provide recommendations on cuisine and drinks
- engage in casual conversation with guests
- create a welcoming restaurant experience through personal style and service
- perform general restaurant preparation
- maintain a sanitary environment
