Job Requirements

Read and write handwritten notes

Move about facility and stand for long periods

Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Micros
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Knowledge of food and beverage menus
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to read and communicate in English

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication
Assess guest demeanor and escalate issues to a manager as needed
Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
Accurately take food and drink orders
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and preparations
Enter orders into point-of-sale system quickly and accurately
Ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to designated tables
Work efficiently with full hands in and out philosophy
Assist in party setup and breakdown
Buss and reset tables as needed
Assist other team members as business dictates
Complete station side work at the start and end of shift
Participate in incentives and contests to drive sales and promote the brand
Follow portion guidelines for cost control
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back after service and maintaining cleanliness
Keep station clean and orderly
Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
Communicate effectively with guests to enhance the experience
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately
Read and communicate in English
Listen carefully to guests’ orders and needs
Maintain proper dress code and professional appearance
Be at least 18 years old
