Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
  • Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • Anticipate and attend to the needs of guests throughout their dining experience
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
  • Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards including wearing protective coverings
