Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to stand and move for long periods up to four hours
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic math skills for handling orders and payments

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
  • Make menu recommendations and provide detailed information about food and beverages
  • Anticipate and address guest needs promptly
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff
  • Ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the shift
