Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- physically able to stand, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- able to frequently wash hands and use disinfecting supplies
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- availability for flexible scheduling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to follow health and safety protocols
- friendly and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests warmly and promptly
- provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system
- deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards
- check in with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- handle guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
