Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- compliance with dress code and grooming standards
- reliable transportation to and from work
- availability to work as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal
- be knowledgeable about all menu items restaurant promotions and beverages served including their garnish contents and preparation methods
- take guest food and beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- complete necessary side-work as per schedule including stocking and organizing supplies
- take and know inventory and requisition daily supplies as needed
