The To-Go Server position at Logans Roadhouse is a vital role designed to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of food and beverage orders directly to guests. Unlike traditional servers who primarily work tableside within the dining room, the To-Go Server focuses on managing and coordinating the preparation and delivery of to-go and drink orders within a designated station. This role requires exceptional communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to multitask effectively under busy conditions. The To-Go Server acts as a liaison between the kitchen, bar, and guests, ensuring that every order is accurate, prepared timely, and meets the high standards of Logans Roadhouse. They also participate in preshift and closing duties, ensuring the designated station is ready for service and properly closed at the end of a shift.

The To-Go Server must also be adept at handling Point of Sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing, including accurate cash handling and check closure. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol or as dictated by state regulations

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests

  • Handle money transactions accurately and close checks in the POS system
