Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol or as state regulations dictate
Successful completion of company-required training including safety, systems, and menu
Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, bending, kneeling, handling items
Ability to see clearly at far and near distances and distinguish colors
Ability to hear and understand verbal communication
Ability to express oneself clearly verbally
Compliance with Logans Roadhouse appearance standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organization and active listening skills
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle money transactions accurately
Willingness to adhere to company appearance standards

Job Duties

Display high energy and provide friendly, outgoing customer service
Develop strong understanding of the menu for customized service and suggestive selling
Record guest orders and enter them in the Point-of-Sale system in a timely manner
Perform money transactions, return accurate change, and close checks
Partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
Perform opening and closing side duties
Receive and process to-go orders efficiently and accurately
Ensure all orders are prepared to customer specifications
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests
Provide helpful customer service during order pickup
Perform other functions assigned by management such as prep desserts, restock, check restrooms, empty bus tubs, refill ice, assist other FOH and BOH team members
