Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol or as state regulations dictate
- Successful completion of company-required training including safety, systems, and menu
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, bending, kneeling, handling items
- Ability to see clearly at far and near distances and distinguish colors
- Ability to hear and understand verbal communication
- Ability to express oneself clearly verbally
- Compliance with Logans Roadhouse appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organization and active listening skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle money transactions accurately
- Willingness to adhere to company appearance standards
Job Duties
- Display high energy and provide friendly, outgoing customer service
- Develop strong understanding of the menu for customized service and suggestive selling
- Record guest orders and enter them in the Point-of-Sale system in a timely manner
- Perform money transactions, return accurate change, and close checks
- Partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform opening and closing side duties
- Receive and process to-go orders efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all orders are prepared to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests
- Provide helpful customer service during order pickup
- Perform other functions assigned by management such as prep desserts, restock, check restrooms, empty bus tubs, refill ice, assist other FOH and BOH team members
