The ideal candidate for the server position at Three Birds will be someone who understands that dining out goes beyond the food on the plate. Our servers are storytellers and experience creators who guide guests through each visit, making sure every interaction adds joy, comfort, and excitement to their day. While the technical aspects of service, such as knowing the menu, cocktails, and wine offerings, will be taught and supported through ongoing training and education, the intrinsic hospitality and desire to enhance someone’s experience must be deeply ingrained in the applicant.

Working as a server at Three Birds means embracing a style of relaxed fine dining. Employees are expected to develop a sophisticated knowledge of everything from the food’s preparation and history to the details behind our beverage program. Regular training sessions and assessments are designed to support career growth and mastery of the craft. Compensation is highly competitive, offering $35-40 per hour after tips, reflecting the value placed on skilled and passionate hospitality professionals.
