Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering facility of similar caliber preferred
- Experience in fast paced, high volume atmosphere
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome upon seating
- Guide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurant
- Consistently follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by management
- Rotate to other food and beverage outlets/venues, as necessary
- Maintain table cleanliness utilizing silent table approach
- Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
- Ensure table side food service and quality presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned sections, side stations, tables and POS stations
- Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Review identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
- Maintain level of professionalism that will make guest want to return
- Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques of all menu items
- food, non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages
- Deliver food and beverages, including alcoholic options to guests
- Provide proper communication and promptly resolve guest issues
- Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing
- Work as a team, assisting all guests’ needs and inquiries
- Ensure all Conrad Nashville core values as well as property and department standards are implemented and applied
- Bid farewell to guests, using guest’s name when known and encourage them to return
- Other duties as assigned
