We are currently seeking a SERVER to join our vibrant team at The Diner. This is a full-time position that requires a professional, fast-paced, and friendly individual who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. The SERVER will be the face of The Diner, greeting guests warmly upon arrival and attending to them throughout their dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and culinary team to ensure orders are delivered promptly and correctly, maintaining a high standard of food service and presentation. The SERVER is also responsible for keeping the assigned station clean and organized, adhering to the health and safety regulations that The Diner upholds. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or food service
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good physical stamina
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service
  • Positive attitude and team player

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests at assigned stations
  • Deliver prepared food to guests within two minutes of order completion
  • Provide fast, friendly and professional customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness of designated areas as per health and safety standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen and culinary production team for accurate order delivery
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
