The Dawn Club is a distinctive new bar located on Market Street in San Francisco, crafted by the experienced team behind prominent bars like Bourbon & Branch and Local Edition. This establishment offers a unique blend of cocktails, live jazz music, and one of the rarest whisky collections found in North America. The Dawn Club is designed to provide an exceptional guest experience through its carefully curated drink offerings and lively, welcoming atmosphere. As a relatively new player in the vibrant San Francisco bar scene, the Dawn Club is quickly establishing itself as a premier destination for those seeking quality beverages, sophisticated ambiance, and engaging entertainment in the heart of the city.
This role is for a Server position catering to the high-energy environment of The Dawn Club. With most shifts scheduled between 3 pm and 3 am, candidates should be prepared to work during peak evening hours, including Fridays and Saturdays, which are mandatory workdays. The server will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience by taking and delivering drink orders to seated parties, offering expert advice on the extensive cocktail menu and rare whisky selection, maintaining cleanliness of the floor, and assisting with seating arrangements when necessary. Additionally, the server will be responsible for identifying and escalating any customer service issues to the management team to uphold the high standards of guest satisfaction that The Dawn Club prioritizes.
