Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for a minimum 8-hour shift
- ability to lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds
- ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
- open availability including weekdays, weekends and holidays

- Minimum 1 years of server experience
- experience in a full-service or hotel food and beverage environment preferred

Job Duties
- Submit guest menu selections accurately
- present food and beverage orders professionally
- engage guests in casual conversation to enhance their dining experience
- memorize menu items and be knowledgeable about unavailable items
- provide recommendations on cuisine and drink offerings
- maintain speed and warmth under pressure
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
