Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for a minimum 8-hour shift
  • ability to lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds
  • ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
  • open availability including weekdays, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of server experience
  • experience in a full-service or hotel food and beverage environment preferred
  • strong multitasking ability
  • warm, confident, and professional under pressure
  • punctuality and reliability
  • ability to follow Hyatt values
  • ability to take direction from supervisors and leaders

Job Duties

  • Submit guest menu selections accurately
  • present food and beverage orders professionally
  • engage guests in casual conversation to enhance their dining experience
  • memorize menu items and be knowledgeable about unavailable items
  • provide recommendations on cuisine and drink offerings
  • maintain speed and warmth under pressure
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
