Job Requirements

  • must be at least fifteen years of age

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least fifteen years of age
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
  • ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • interact with customers to receive orders and process payments
  • respond appropriately to customer issues
  • prepare products as ordered by customers
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment with uncompromising standards
  • unload and stock supplies as needed
  • operate cash register or point of sale terminal when required
  • provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
