Job Requirements
- TABC certification and food handlers card required
- must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- at least 1-2 years of previous experience working as a server in a fine dining outlet
- ability to work weekends and rotating shifts especially evenings and holidays
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- positive interpersonal skills
- knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits

- must be available to work weekends and rotating shifts especially PM availability and holidays

- ability to anticipate and respond to guests needs
- takes pride in appearance and job performance
Job Duties
- Greets members and guests as they are seated at the table
- ensures the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided
- answers questions regarding the menu items with the knowledge to suggestively sell beverages and menu items
- takes food and beverage orders and informs culinary team about any special cooking instructions/modifications
- delivers food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to members and guests
- ensures that food is prepared correctly to the members and guests' satisfaction
- returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen
- keeps managers informed of any issues that might affect quality or timing of service
- collects plates and clears the table as members and guests finish their meals
- presents dessert menus, suggests, and serves dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks
- assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and set up side station and performs assigned prep work
- performs other related duties as assigned
- complete all assigned pre-shift side duties in a timely manner
- attends pre-service training (line-up meeting)
- thanks members and guests, invite them to return
