Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- frequent bending, reaching, and carrying trays or bus tubs
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver food to guests quickly, accurately, and with proper presentation
- ensure orders are correct before leaving the expo line
- communicate clearly with servers and expo to maintain timing and accuracy
- provide brief, confident food descriptions when dropping dishes
- coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house
- organize tickets and ensure orders are complete and properly plated
- control pacing and flow of food during service
- work directly with runners and servers to ensure accuracy and timing
- clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
- assist with water service, refills, and table maintenance
- support servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- support all front-of-house operations as needed
- maintain strong awareness of the dining room and guest needs
- complete opening, running, and closing side work
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- uphold "Every Guest, Every Time" service expectations
