Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in food and beverage service preferred

Job Duties

  • Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude and proactively seeking ways to enhance their experience
  • master the menu details including items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests
  • serve with efficiency and care by taking orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering food and beverages promptly
  • manage the service station ensuring it remains fully stocked, clean, and organized
  • comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain guest and team member well-being
