The Server role at Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine is designed to deliver exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the dining experience is pleasant and memorable by performing all dining service steps efficiently and with attention to detail. Working Sunday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Servers are expected to greet and escort residents in all dining venues, assist residents with their needs, and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the daily menu to answer any inquiries. The Server is also responsible for maintaining clean dining areas, ensuring proper table settings are always in place, and performing other related duties to uphold the community’s standards.

Ideal candidates for this position bring a positive attitude and a smile to work daily, embody a team player spirit, and possess experience in serving that helps them excel in the role. While a high school diploma is preferred, the key to success hinges more on interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver personalized hospitality. Additionally, candidates must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler’s certification to comply with health and safety regulations.
