Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of serving experience preferred in a fast paced high volume restaurant
- Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
- Ability to obtain and maintain food handler’s certification card and TAM
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must strive for 100% customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred

Job Duties
- Providing exceptional guest service
- Responsible for overall sales
- Focusing on overall guest experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs
- Ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests
- Responsible to meet all health department and TAM regulations and maintain standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Assist team members if needed
- Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description
