The Server role at Ovation Sienna Hills plays a vital part in enhancing the dining experience for Assisted Living residents, particularly those in Memory Care. This position is available on a full-time and part-time basis, requiring evening shift work including weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays. Servers in this role are responsible for delivering warm, friendly, and efficient service while building relationships with residents to support a positive and enjoyable mealtime atmosphere. The pay range for this position is $16 per hour.

As a Server in the Memory Care and Assisted Living community, you will be expected to greet residents warmly, take and deliver food orders accurately, and accommodate special dietary needs sensitively. You will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure the quality and safety of meals served, following proper food handling and sanitation standards. Communication skills are critical, as you will need to interact with residents who may have special needs or memory challenges while maintaining confidentiality about their personal and medical information. This role also requires flexibility, patience, and a genuine interest in connecting with seniors. You may be asked to operate various dining equipment and assist in maintaining a clean, organized dining environment.

The company welcomes applicants with prior food service or customer service experience but also offers training for motivated individuals new to the field. Having a Utah Alcohol Certification is considered a plus.
