We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and energetic Dining Room Server, also referred to as a Dietary Aide, to join our dedicated team at Overlake Terrace. This is a part-time role, primarily involving weekend shifts totaling between 18 to 25 hours per week, with an hourly wage starting at $20, dependent on experience. The position offers an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy being part of a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and who want to contribute to the dining experience of senior residents. Dietary Aides play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of food service within the community’s well-regarded 5-star dining room. This includes assisting the Dietary Manager with patient dietary planning, collaborating with kitchen staff on meal preparation, serving food with professionalism, and maintaining cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area.

The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates a positive attitude, thrives under pressure, and can communicate effectively in English. The ability to obtain and maintain a valid food handler’s permit is required, highlighting the company’s commitment to health and safety standards.
