As a Server at Hotel del Coronado, you will play a vital role within the Food & Beverage team by creating unforgettable guest experiences marked by exceptional hospitality and service. Beyond simply delivering food and drinks, you will be the friendly face that spreads warmth and positivity to hotel guests, enriching their stay with memorable interactions. Your role will involve engaging with guests enthusiastically, mastering the details of the menu including promotions and specials, and efficiently managing orders through the point-of-sale system to ensure timely and accurate delivery. You will also be responsible for keeping the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized, maintaining high standards of hygiene and compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
