This dynamic organization is committed to providing quality living experiences and services to seniors, focusing on creating warm, welcoming environments that feel like home. At Allegro Living, the team works collaboratively to support residents in maintaining vibrant, engaged, and fulfilling lives. The company's mission emphasizes respect, dignity, and individualized care, setting it apart as a leader in the senior living sector.
The Server (Assisted Living / Senior Living Dining) position at Spring Arbor Senior Living, a part of Allegro Living, offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with flexible schedule options including shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and rotating schedules with every other weekend included. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in environments that prioritize resident wellbeing and satisfaction. The server is a crucial part of the hospitality team, responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to residents in a senior living community. This involves greeting and seating residents and guests, serving food efficiently and professionally, clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and attending to the specific needs of residents, including delivering trays to their apartments when needed.
This position requires a friendly, dependable individual who is attentive to detail, flexible, adaptable, and has a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. The environment at Spring Arbor is one where your smile truly matters, and the ability to make residents feel at home is highly valued. While food serving experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this a great opportunity for those looking to begin or grow their career in hospitality or senior care dining services. Allegro Living is committed to providing a drug-free workplace and requires a positive criminal background check for all employees. The company’s equal opportunity employment policy ensures a respectful and inclusive work environment for all team members, regardless of background or identity.

Employees can expect a supportive workplace where their contributions directly impact the comfort and happiness of senior residents. This role is not only about serving meals but creating meaningful interactions and enhancing the overall living experience for a vibrant senior community.
