The Server will play a crucial role in providing excellent service by accurately submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences with enthusiasm and knowledge. Candidates will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the full menu, enabling them to offer insightful recommendations and enhance the overall guest experience through informed suggestions. The role requires engaging guests in casual conversation to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the restaurant’s distinct style and service standards. In addition to direct guest interaction, Servers will assist with general restaurant preparation, ensuring a clean, sanitary, and efficient workspace at all times.
