Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a server or customer service role preferred
ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends
ability to stand and walk for 3-4 hours without rest breaks
ability to lift and carry 10-30 pounds
willingness to follow safe work practices and health department laws
positive attitude and neat appearance

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a server or customer service role preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the eight steps of service
practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
aware of guests' needs and works to make their experience pleasurable
shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
promotes teamwork by assisting other servers to ensure outstanding guest service
thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures guests’ receipts match the number of guests dining
performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
