Job Duties

  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
  • Ensure handover reports are accurate and timely for shift-to-shift communication
  • Wear clean, approved uniform, be well-groomed, wear a nametag, and smile at all times
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Show willingness to stretch beyond traditional role to meet business needs
  • Work collaboratively to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
  • Greet guests and give clear descriptions of food and beverage options
  • Deliver hot to order items from kitchen to tables quickly
  • Input orders accurately into POS and secure payment
  • Prepare coffee and other specialized drinks
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed
  • Observe diners and respond to requests
  • Complete daily inventory prep sheet and other side work
  • Maintain knowledge of current food and beverage offerings
  • Escort guests to tables as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
