As a Server at this iconic property, you will be the dining room's Most Valuable Player (MVP), responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences that delight guests from start to finish. Whether working full-time or part-time, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring each visit is memorable by managing orders efficiently, engaging guests with your knowledge and friendly demeanor, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. Your role requires balancing speed, accuracy, and personality while adhering strictly to the company's service and safety protocols. You will master the menu, including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines, acting as a knowledgeable guide to guests. Additionally, you will be adept at handling multiple tables simultaneously, managing food and drink delivery with precision, and executing payment transactions securely and confidently. Your dedication to maintaining hygiene and certification standards ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all. This position also demands physical stamina to stay energetic and active throughout your shift, which may involve lifting, bending, and moving continuously. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Juggle multiple tables with ease, keeping service smooth, spaces clean, and your cool in high-pressure moments
- Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols like a seasoned cashier
- Keep the service area spotless and safe, following hygiene regulations and certification standards without missing a beat
- Stay energized and on your feet – lifting, bending, and moving with strength and endurance throughout your shift
