Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods
- Ability to follow company protocols and safety standards
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of menu items including ingredients and dietary considerations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card as required
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain professionalism
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create memorable dining experiences
- Take accurate orders and provide expert menu guidance
- Deliver food and beverage quickly and accurately
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Handle transactions and close checks accurately following security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the service area adhering to hygiene standards
- Stand, lift, bend, and move continuously to keep up with service demands
