Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
- Food Handler Safety Training Card
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a personal style and friendly disposition
- attend to guests professionally and courteously
- memorize abbreviations and write orders accurately
- operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu and bar items
- prepare and serve beverages according to quality standards
- deliver food orders to tables and bar seats
- bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- polish and roll silverware
- replenish condiments as needed
- maintain the expeditor and wait stations
- assist in seating guests and answering telephones
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
- handle cash and credit transactions according to procedures
- observe state and federal alcohol service laws
