- able to perform work both inside and outside

- able to climb stairs frequently with elevator as alternate resource
- able to bend at waist knees hips and spine frequently may lift weights of 25 pounds or more
- able to squat frequently to reach below knee may lift 50 pounds or less
- able to twist or rotate occasionally at trunk hips knees and neck with weights 25 pounds or more
- able to reach frequently may reach overhead manipulating 10 pounds or less and below waist 25 pounds or more
- able to read clearly with or without corrective lenses
- able to hear telephone and audible alarms
- strong command of English sufficient to read write and interpret administration information
Job Qualifications
- Experience providing excellent customer service

- ability to deliver orders in a timely manner
Job Duties
- Support the mission vision and goals of the organization upholding and promoting company culture and vision
- take food and drink orders from residents and guests accurately and with a positive attitude
- write resident or guest food orders on order slips
- engage with residents in a friendly manner
- possess knowledge of the menu with the ability to make suggestions
- ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen
- assist food preparation staff when necessary
- attend training courses at community and maintain up to date monthly quarterly annual training through designated learning management system LMS
- perform other duties as assigned and which relate to the success of the community and the care comfort and happiness of residents
