Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to work flexible part-time hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- experience in fine dining helpful
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- strong attention to detail and customer service focus
Job Duties
- approaching all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- being attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees
- being familiar with the organization of the restaurant(s), lounges and room service and know the function of each job position
- having a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in applicable outlets
- servicing guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner
