Job Duties
- Approaching all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- being attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees
- being familiar with the organization of the restaurant(s), lounges, and room service and know the function of each job position
- having a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in applicable outlets
- servicing guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
- collecting payments from guests promptly and accurately
