Their team members enjoy the satisfaction of impacting lives and creating meaningful relationships while working in an energetic, hospitality-driven environment.

The part-time Server role at MBK Senior Living is pivotal in ensuring residents enjoy a pleasant and positive dining experience. This position operates on a part-time schedule from Thursday to Monday, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, offering a pay rate between $20 and $22 per hour, depending on experience. The Server must consistently follow all health, safety, and food service protocols while interacting tactfully and professionally with residents, family members, guests, and fellow team members. Physical demands include the ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds. The role also involves cooperation with kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience and includes auxiliary duties like restocking condiments and assisting with meal delivery to resident rooms when required.

MBK Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusivity in its workforce. The company complies with all applicable regulatory requirements, including those related to resident rights, HIPAA, and state licensing regulations. Prospective employees must undergo health screenings, background checks, and meet legal working age and documentation requirements.
