The role of a PRN Evenings Server at Hillcrest Millard is a vital position within their dining services team. This part-time, PRN (pro re nata or as needed) evening shift opportunity allows the server to work between 2 to 4 nights per week, including weekends, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The starting pay is competitive at $15.00 or more per hour, based on experience. As a server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests and residents receive their meals in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner. You will help create a positive dining environment by assisting with setup, service, and cleanup, adhering to strict food safety, sanitation, and service standards. The server supports the overall wellness of guests and residents by fostering a warm, hospitable atmosphere where everyone feels valued and cared for. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare or senior living environment, and a passion for serving others with patience and compassion. Prior experience in food service, serving, healthcare, or senior living is preferred but not mandatory.
