The Server position at Pegasus Landing of Mesa is a pivotal role focused on directly enhancing the daily lives of senior residents through attentive and personable food service. This role requires individuals who have a passion for service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented environment. Servers are responsible for preparing and serving food items within scheduled time frames while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food service areas, including kitchens and dining rooms. This PRN (pro re nata) position offers flexible scheduling options with opportunities for both full-time and part-time work, accommodating a variety of personal schedules. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
  • ability to demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
  • physically able to perform duties including standing and walking for extended periods
  • available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
