The Server position at Legends Global offers candidates an opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional guest service in high-profile venues such as Clubs, Suites, and In-Seat environments within stadiums. This role is pivotal in delivering a personalized and memorable experience to guests by ensuring attentive and detailed service. Servers are expected to work collaboratively with teammates and other service departments to maintain seamless operations and uphold the company’s renowned hospitality standards. Compensation for this role starts at $20 per hour plus tips, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding dedication and excellence in service.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills as servers will engage directly with guests, responding to their needs promptly and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event. Responsibilities include serving a variety of food and beverages such as soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer, while supporting the entire service staff by clearing tables, running food, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The role involves performing opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned, necessitating efficiency and attention to detail. Knowledge of the stadium’s various food, beverage, and retail outlets is also necessary to provide comprehensive assistance to guests as required.

Candidates must be adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented setting, and prepared to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina and mobility are important due to the demands of constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling. This demanding yet rewarding role is well suited for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a strong work ethic, particularly those with prior experience in fast-paced, high-end clubs or restaurants. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college education preferred.
